Editor:

Narrowed down photos submitted by photographers to be uploaded to the photo management system and wrote and edited captions to ensure accuracy and details.

Assisted in choosing the final selection of photos from the whole event to be used on the website for the student experience and in a fellow student's Master's project.

Utilized Adobe Lightroom and Photomechanic to edit and retouch photos as well as write detailed descriptions for each of the selected photos.

The Alexia's Fall Workshop, 2022

Student Photographer:

Found, pitched, and followed a story for the duration of the workshop, approximately three days. Visited a women led, family farm in Central New York multiple times, documenting day to day operation on the farm as well as time spent with her children. Learned about how they operate, local programs they participate in, and how their farm came to be and what they wish it to grow into in the future.

Narrowed the photos down for both a print and web edit including detailed, storytelling captions that furthered the narrative.

Photographed several sports and other events for the digital student newspaper of S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications including Women's Basketball, SU Danceworks showcase, SU Pride Union's Drag Show, hockey, and several concerts at the 2023 New York State Fair.

Utilize Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to produce photos according to specific dealership standards. Coordinate a team of up to four editors to ensure the production of consistent, high-quality photos.

Post Production Manager:

Manage and maintain the postproduction schedule to guarantee on-time completion. Aid in onboarding and training of new editors.

Assist in creating training material and documentation to improve business processes. Confirm all photos are edited to standard and uploaded correctly and fix any mistakes.

Auto Photographer:

Photographed vehicles for use in online advertising and inventory at several dealerships.

Uploaded photos to file management systems and consulted with dealership staff to solve any issues to ensure their satisfaction.

Aided in implementing community programs that promote self-monitoring and improving community access to healthy options as well as general community health.

Attended language school where I studied Korean Language and Culture.
